Initial intake/assessment fee (55 minute): $200.00
55-minute session fee: $150.00
45-minute session fee: $100.00
Extended-session fee (90 minutes): $200.00 (Private pay clients only)
I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shields, Optum, Oscar, UHC, Aetna, Cigna, and Careleon. I use Headway for my billing.
Private Pay / Self-Pay
Private-pay therapy allows us to focus your treatment on what is clinically appropriate for you rather than allowing insurance requirements to determine the direction or pace of your care. If you choose to pay privately, you are not required to use your insurance benefits for therapy.
I believe you deserve to have a say in your treatment and in what feels right for you. Whether you choose to use insurance or pay privately, my goal is to provide transparent information about the cost of therapy so you can make the decision that best fits your needs and circumstances.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choose not to use their insurance may be entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of their care.
A Good Faith Estimate provides an estimate of the charges you can reasonably expect based on the services you are scheduled to receive. Because therapy is an ongoing and individualized process, the total cost of treatment may vary depending on the frequency and duration of services.
You will receive information about your expected costs before beginning services, and you are always welcome to ask questions about fees or your Good Faith Estimate at any point during treatment. My goal is to make the financial side of therapy as transparent and predictable as possible.
Clinical Supervision
If you’re working somewhere that doesn’t offer clinical supervision but you’d like to continue accruing hours toward licensure, I’m happy to work with you to find a supervision rate that feels manageable and makes sense for your circumstances.
